Descriptif de la visiteFrom the rooftop of the basilica, discover a unique panoramic view over the entire historic site of Lyon, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Go behind the scenes and explore the basilica’s hidden spaces: the Great Gallery, the architects’ office, the Gallery of Angels, the attic areas, and the grand carillon made up of 23 bells. The tour ends with breathtaking views from the Saint Michael terrace and the top of the Observatory Tower, overlooking the city.
This tour includes climbing 345 steps (not recommended for people with vertigo or heart conditions).
Access to the rooftops is weather-dependent and at the discretion of your guide.
An alternate route including the basilica interior will be proposed in case of bad weather.
Bus parking is available on Rue Roger Radisson.

- Tours available Monday to Saturday between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m., and Sunday afternoons between 1 p.m. and 5 p.m.

- The number of visitors is limited by prefectural decree—no more than 18 participants per tour
